Self-Quarantine is the new normal!
We are all doing the best we can in the current climate and we’ve found a great way to bring the outdoors inside at our house! This is one of the best ideas I’ve come across to date and we have now put it into practice. Set up time was approximately 2 minutes!
Welcome to indoor Bicycling for you small child! Requirements are minimal….
- 1 Bike With Training Wheels in tact
- 1 Pair of Shoes – Preferably Dad’s or as large of a sneaker available
- 1 Child
Place one shoe on each side of the bike – place each training wheel inside each of the shoes. Make sure the laces are tucked away. This lifts the back wheel of the bike off the floor – instant child size exercise bike – We set ours up in front of the TV as we’re currently on Spring Break but this did wonders to use up that pent up energy! We created a video tutorial to go with it – Enjoy!!!
